I Remember my First Experience with the Chick Peas

When I was a child, I memorized the time my Auntie Jing set my Uncle Henry’s egg White in front of him. I saw him kick butt in front of the TV. For those closest to me, it was the beginning of my “egg and cheese on rye” experience.

I’m sorry to report that my Auntie Jing is the one that made the decision to end her life. But it was recommended by our medical doctor and my Cousin Jesse. The doctor put a needle in my Uncle’s life. I don’t know which one of them pulled the trigger. God protect us. Amen.
